What it does
What Core ERP stock control software does.
We digitise the whole warehouse: every item, every count, every movement, from the phone in the storeman's hand to the books. Stock, buying, quoting, jobs and delivery in one system, with a full audit trail.
Stock records and supplier prices
- One record per item with your own codes, units and bin location. Raw materials, consumables, finished goods and assemblies. A price per supplier per item, with the history of what you paid.
- The last delivered price sits on the order line, so the next order starts from what you actually paid.
Purchase orders and receiving stock
- Raise the order, PDF it, email it. Receive against it, partial deliveries included, and the stock updates.
- Add Document Intake and the supplier's delivery note books the receipt for you.
Quotes with bills of materials and your units
- Build a product from its bill of materials (BOM). The customer sees one line, you see the parts list and the cost.
- Quote in the units you sell and buy in the units you stock. Buy in sheets, quote in metres.
- Working from a bill of quantities (BOQ)? Load it and quote from it, and we raise the purchase orders per supplier from the same list.
- Accept the quote and it becomes the job, with nothing retyped.
Job cards and work orders from approved quotes
- Open a job from the quote. Issue parts to it. See what it cost against what you quoted.
- Build your own products too: a build job card consumes the BOM parts and puts the finished good on the shelf at its parts cost.
- Finished goods, assemblies and sub-assemblies sit in stock like any other item, so you can sell from the shelf or build to order.
Delivery notes and returns
- The delivery note comes off the quote, so nothing is retyped. Delivered deducts the stock.
- Returns go back into stock with a reason, and the credit is on record.
Stock take on a phone, every movement on record
- Count the warehouse on a phone, bin by bin. Draft counts save as you go, so a count can run over a few days without losing anything.
- Before a count is posted, anything that moved since it was counted is flagged. Then the storeman posts it and stock is corrected in one go.
- Every movement is logged with who, when and why, so a number on the screen can always be traced back to a document or a count.
Accounting integration
- Integrates with QuickBooks, Xero and Sage. Your accountant keeps their system.
- Customers, suppliers and invoices stay in step, without double capture.
AI built in, working on your data
- Ask it what is low, what a job cost, or who you paid most last quarter. It drafts purchase orders from what is running short and you approve them.
